The Rockhampton Satellite Hospital

The Rockhampton Satellite Hospital will feature a Minor Injury and Illness Clinic, operating from 8am to 10pm. The clinic will provide free treatment for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, such as:

• Fevers
• Earaches
• Cuts and burns
• Broken bones

Staffed by experienced doctors and senior nurses, the clinic ensures that essential care is available when you need it most.

In addition to urgent care, the hospital will offer specialist outpatient services, tailored to meet the unique needs of the community. These services may include:

• Renal dialysis
• Chemotherapy
• Oral healthcare
• Mental health support

This project follows the success of seven other Satellite Hospitals across Southeast Queensland, which have already treated over 160,000 patients since their launch.
